EDM Purchases PVA 650 Conformal Coating Machine

Electronic Design and Manufacturing of Omaha, Nebraska is excited to announce the addition of a PVA 650 conformal coating machine. Jay Hall, EDM Production Engineer, will be visiting PVA’s manufacturing facility in Halfmoon, NY on June 1st and 2nd. The PVA 650 machine is a flexible robotic platform that is ideal for selective coating. The PVA 650 features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform suitable for inline or batch operations. The PVA650 is ideal for selective conformal coating and dispensing applications that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability in moderate to high volume manufacturing environments. The PVA650 is a closed-loop robotic platform featuring optical encoder feedback on all axis.
